Wir suchen einen motivierte_n und detailorientierte_n neue_n Zennie, der/die unser Team unterstützt, indem er/sie an unseren Content- und SEO-Initiativen mitarbeitet und dabei hilft, den organischen Traffic zu skalieren. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit dem Organic Growth Team zusammen, um die Website zu optimieren, die Suchmaschinenrankings zu verbessern und unsere Online-Sichtbarkeit zu steigern. Darüber hinaus unterstützt du die Verwaltung und Aktualisierung von Inhalten auf unserer Website, um sicherzustellen, dass diese für Suchmaschinen und die Nutzererfahrung optimiert sind. Als wichtige_s Mitglied unseres Teams erhältst du praktische Erfahrung im Online Marketing und spielst eine aktive Rolle beim Erfolg unseres Unternehmens.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Content-Erstellung: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von SEO-optimierten Inhalten für Blogbeiträge, Landing Pages und Produktbeschreibungen in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Website-Management: Hochladen und Verwalten von Inhalten auf unserer WordPress-Website, Sicherstellung einer korrekten Formatierung, SEO-Optimierung und eines nahtlosen Nutzererlebnisses.
  • Keyword-Research: Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung relevanter Keywords und Suchtrends zur Gestaltung unserer Content-Strategie.
  • Linkbuilding: Unterstützung bei Linkbuilding-Maßnahmen durch die Identifizierung und Ansprache relevanter Websites und Blogs für potenzielle Kooperationen.
  • Website-QA: Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungsprüfungen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Website-Inhalte fehlerfrei, benutzerfreundlich und gemäß den SEO-Best Practices sind.
  • Wettbewerbsanalyse: Überwachung der Aktivitäten von Wettbewerbern und Bereitstellung von Einblicken, die unsere Wachstumsstrategien beeinflussen.
Was du mitbringst:
  • Einstellung: Du bist motiviert, dein Studium mit praktischen Erfahrungen in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen zu ergänzen.
  • Hervorragende Schreib- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, dich fließend und idiomatisch auf Deutsch (Muttersprache oder C2-Niveau) und Englisch (Kommunikationssprache im Unternehmen) auszudrücken.
  • Eine Leidenschaft für Content-Erstellung sowie ein grundlegendes Verständnis von SEO oder die Bereitschaft, SEO-Prinzipien und Keyword-Recherche zu erlernen.
  • WordPress oder anderen CMS-Plattformen ist ein Plusl.
  • Eine analytische Denkweise, ein Auge für Details und eine proaktive, „Can-do“-Einstellung.
  • Lernbereitschaft und den Wunsch, in einem dynamischen, kollaborativen Teamumfeld mitzuarbeiten.
