Head of Strategic Procurement and Material Management (m/w/d)

Die Paul Tech AG ist Technologieführer der Immobilienwirtschaft mit der Mission Gebäude klimaneutral zu machen. Unsere selbst entwickelte Technologie, bestehend aus IoT-fähiger Hardware und KI-gestützter Software, optimiert dauerhaft die wasserführenden Systeme in Gebäuden. Das spart CO2-Emissionen und Energiekosten. Davon profitieren alle: Eigentümer, Betreiber, Bewohner und das Klima. Wir bei Paul sind Forscher, Entwickler und Praktiker mit dem gemeinsamen Ziel intelligente Lösungen für Gebäude zu entwickeln, um dem Klimawandel entgegenzutreten. Zur Unterstützung am Standort Mannheim oder Berlin suchen wir Dich als Head of Procurement (m/w/d) mit folgenden Schwerpunkten:

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortung:
  • Ausbau der internationalen strategischen und operativen Einkaufskompetenz sowie Durchführung von detaillierten Markt- und Kostenanalysen weltweit mit den Schwerpunkten Asien, USA und UK.
  • Ergebnisorientierte Auswahl, Betreuung und Preisverhandlung mit internationalen Lieferanten
  • Zusammenführung der bestehenden Einkaufsorganisationen in einen Zentraleinkauf
  • Aufbau eines internationalen Lieferantenmanagementsystems
  • Überwachung und Bewertung der Leistung von Lieferanten und Subunternehmern, um die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Zeitplänen sicherzustellen
  • Verhandlung von internationalen Verträgen und Konditionen mit Lieferanten, um wettbewerbsfähige Preise und optimale Lieferbedingungen sicherzustellen
  • Identifizierung von Kosteneinsparungspotenzialen und Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse
  • Aufbau eines entsprechenden KPI-Sets
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellenbereichen, um die reibungslose und End-to-End-Abwicklung von Projekten zu gewährleisten
  • Erfassung und Analyse von Beschaffungsdaten zur Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches
Du bringst mit:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in den relevanten Warengruppen im Bereich Wärmepumpen, Sanitär/ Heizungstechnik und Elektro.
  • Erfahrungen in Forward Sourcing und Beschaffung von Nicht-Produktionsmaterialien sowie Erfahrung in einem internationalen, standortübergreifenden Arbeitsumfeld, insbesondere Europa, UK, USA und Asien.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise im Bereich Handwerksleistungen oder Bauwesen
  • Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Beschaffungsprinzipien und Verhandlungstechniken.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Kostenoptimierung und Prozessverbesserung im Einkaufsbereich
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Teamorientierung und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen Deiner Tätigkeit
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
