Aufgaben

JUNIOR SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (w/m/d) - 100%

Ihre Herausforderungen

  • Qualität und Lieferfähigkeit sicherstellen: Als Junior Supplier Quality Manager/Engineer gewährleisten Sie, dass die Produkte und Dienstleistungen von Lieferanten die Qualitätsstandards und Liefertermine des Unternehmens erfüllen.
  • Qualitätsanforderungen definieren und kommunizieren: Als Junior Supplier Quality Manager/Engineer definieren Sie die Anforderungen an die Qualität von Produkten und Dienstleistungen und kommunizieren diese an die Lieferanten.
  • Zulassungsverfahren koordinieren und überwachen: Als Junior Supplier Quality Manager/Engineer koordinieren Sie und überwachen die Zulassungsverfahren für Lieferanten, um sicherzustellen, dass diese die Anforderungen des Unternehmens erfüllen.
  • In Projekten mitarbeiten: Als Junior Supplier Quality Manager/Engineer arbeiten Sie häufig in Projekten mit, um die Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten zu verbessern und die Qualität von Produkten und Dienstleistungen zu gewährleisten.
  • Arbeitsabläufe optimieren: Als Junior Supplier Quality Manager/Engineer können Sie dazu beitragen, Arbeitsabläufe zu optimieren, um Kosten zu senken und die Effizienz zu verbessern.
  • Fehleranalysen durchführen: Als Junior Supplier Quality Manager/Engineer führen Sie Fehleranalysen durch, um die Ursachen von Fehlern zu ermitteln und diese zu beheben.
Qualifikation

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abschluss eines Hochschulstudiums in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder einem verwandten Gebiet
  • Erfahrung mit Audits und eine Zusatzqualifikation als Auditor sind von Vorteil
  • Umfassendes Wissen über den Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Prozess, einschließlich seiner Komponenten
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine auf Lösungen ausgerichtete Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu umfangreichen Dienstreisen
  • Selbstmotivation und die Fähigkeit, sich durchzusetzen
