Do stuff that matters und werde ein Teil unseres Frontend-Teams und trage Deinen eigenen Teil dazu bei, mit uns die Energiebranche zu digitalisieren und somit erneuerbare Energien überall zugänglich und bezahlbar zu machen.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt jemanden, der nicht nur etwas in der Energiebranche bewegen will, sondern auch als Team Lead für die Entwicklung der einzelnen Team Members des Frontend Teams Verantwortung übernehmen will und diese Erfahrung auch schon unter Beweis stellen konnte.

  • Du führst mit Leidenschaft und Begeisterung Dein Team und verfolgst die Erreichung der gemeinsamen Aufgaben und Ziele fokussiert und motiviert; dabei nimmst Du Deine Teamlead-Rolle aktiv wahr und förderst die teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
  • Du bist für unsere WebApp/ Mobile App Kundinnen verantwortlich und weißt Dich auch nicht technisch versierten Kund:innen gegenüber entsprechend geduldig und erklärend auszudrücken
  • Du unterstützt unser Frontend und Design Team, indem Du passende und einfach zu bedienende Schnittstellen auf technischer als auch organisatorischer Ebene erstellst
So stechen Du und Deine Bewerbung heraus
  • Du arbeitest seit mindestens 2 Jahren in einer ähnlichen Funktion als Teamlead mit Fokus auf People Management in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Frontend-Entwicklung
  • Dementsprechend hast Du bereits Erfahrung in der Führung von mindestens 1-2 Mitarbeitern oder eines Teams
  • Es ist uns wichtig, dass Du Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Software-Teams hast und Dich für diese Art der Zusammenarbeit einsetzt
  • Du begeisterst Dich für die Umsetzung von branchenführenden Nutzererfahrungen, die die Energiewende für Verbraucher und professionelle Nutzer ermöglicht
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Erstellung einer technischen Roadmap und überwachst die Umsetzung komplexer Änderungen während der Implementierung
  • Die Kommunikation mit Deinen Kollegen motiviert Dich
  • Nice-to-have: Erfahrung mit der Entwicklung einer nativen App (iOS/Android)
  • Die meisten Mitglieder des Frontend-Teams arbeiten in unserem Büro in Aachen, daher wäre es toll, wenn Du bereit bist zu reisen, um dich 1-2 Mal im Quartal mit Deinem Team vor Ort auszutauschen
