Als erfolgreiches Beratungsunternehmen im Bereich Technologie- und Prozessmanagement für die Milch- und Ernährungswirtschaft haben wir noch viel vor. Da unsere Leistung auf dem Markt sehr gefragt ist suchen wir aus diesem Grund Sie als unseren Mitstreiter im Bereich Lead to Order (m/w/d) in Teilzeit.

Aufgaben

Das sind Sie:

  • Sie begeistern sich für die digitale Welt des Kundennetworkings und verfügen über eine hohe Social Media Affinität in diesem Bereich
  • Eventuell verfügen Sie schon über Erfahrung im Aufbau eines digitalen Zwillings
  • Als engagierter Teamplayer, der vertrauensvoll, belastungsfreudig und leistungsorientiert arbeitet, sind Sie ein geschätzter Kollege, welcher niemals das Team im Stich lässt
  • Ihr analytisches und logisches Denken zeichnet Sie aus und Sie schrecken auch vor komplexen Fragestellungen nicht zurück
  • Administrative Themen koordinieren und organisieren Sie selbstständig

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:

  • Organisation, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung unseres PR-Contents
  • Content Analyse zur Reichweitenerhöhung
  • Aufbau unseres digitalen Zwillings
  • Aufbau- und Weiterentwicklung unseres Netzwerkmanagements
  • Organisation und Koordination unserer CRM-Tätigkeiten
  • Erstellung von Analysen im Bereich Netzwerkmanagement und CRM
  • Durchführung von Marktanalysen
  • Unterstützung in der Bearbeitung von kundenspezifischen Aufgabenstellungen im Wertschöpfungsprozess
  • Organisation und Koordination aller administrativen Aufgaben unserer Kernprozesse
  • Weiterentwicklung von 5S / Lean Office
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Workshops und Seminaren
Qualifikation

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische / betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung oder Studium
  • Kompetenzen in Social-Media-Aktivitäten und Netzwerkmanagement
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Customer Relationship Management
  • gute Englischkenntnisse
  • hohe Softwareaffinität
  • sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, vor allem Excel und Power Point
  • Kenntnisse in Statistik
  • Know-how im Bereich Büroorganisation / 5S oder „Lean Office“
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Reiseplanung und -buchung
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Workshop- und Seminarvorbereitung
  • Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in Methodenkompetenz wünschenswert
