Deine Mission
✓ Du unterstützt alle Marketing- und Verkaufsaktivitäten in der Region und hast damit direkten Einfluss auf das weitere Umsatzwachstum von EOS.
✓ Ein Hauptbestandteil Deiner Tätigkeit besteht im Erstkontakt zu potenziellen Kunden (Leads) und in der Qualifizierung und Bearbeitung der Leads, z. B. aus Marketing-Kampagnen, digitalen Kanälen, Konferenzen, Messen sowie aus der telefonischen Kaltakquise.
✓ Ein konsistentes Lead Management (inkl. lead generation, tracking, follow-up) unter Einsatz unseres CRM-Systems salesforce ist für Dich ebenso selbstverständlich wie eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Sales Manager:innen, Marketing-Verantwortlichen und Vertriebspartner:innen.
✓ Auf Basis deiner Auswertungen der Lead-Pipeline und der durchgeführten Kampagnen sorgst du für eine stetige Optimierung der Kennzahlen (z.B. lead conversion rate, first response time) und erkennst neue Verkaufschancen, aus denen du Sales-Push-Aktivitäten initiierst.
✓ Darüberhinaus bringst du deine Kreativität bei der Weiterentwicklung des Lead Qualification Prozesses ein und übernimmst das Prozesstraining in den EOS-Regionen.

Deine Talente
✓ Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium (z.B. Technische Betriebswirtschaftslehre)
✓ Erste Berufserfahrung im Sales oder einem Sales-nahen Bereich
✓ Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Analysefähigkeit
✓ Souveränes Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
✓ Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
