Januar 2021Industry Vertical Printing (IVP) Marketing Manager (m/w/d)Das sind Ihre künftigen Aufgaben:Verantwortlich für die Planung, Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Marketingmaßnahmen für vertikale Lösungen (IVP)Kontinuierliche Verfolgung von Branchentrends und Verstehen der ausgewählten vertikalen Märkte, um Chancen und Risiken in Zusammenarbeit mit den IVP Market Spezialisten zu identifizieren und diese in Erkenntnisse, Strategien und Maßnahmen umzusetzenAktives Arbeiten an 2-wöchentlichen Sprints in einem agilen Marketingansatz, um Maßnahmen für vertikale Lösungen durchzuführen und zu monitorenSie sind ein Teil eins funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um eine weltweite Strategie mit spezifischen Taktiken umzusetzen, um jährliche Vertriebsziele zu erreichen und die Richtung schnell zu ändern, wenn sich interne oder externe Gelegenheiten ergebenArbeiten Sie mit Vertriebsleitern zusammen, um sich an den spezifischen Anforderungen auszurichten, Strategien umzusetzen und bei Bedarf anzupassenBringen Sie Kundenorientierung in alle Marketingaktivitäten, indem Sie Voice of Customer sammeln, Kundennutzen und -leid erkennen, um Kundenvorteile (Value Proposition) zu formulierenSteigern Sie die funktionsübergreifende Ausrichtung mit dem Rest des Marketingteams, dem Vertrieb und dem ServiceSie steuern lokale Marketingausgaben, erfassen diese vor und verwalten eingehende Rechnungen (administrativer Bestandsteil)Sie planen zusammen mit der/m Central Region Eventmanager/-in nationale- und Kundenmessen und unterstützen bei der UmsetzungSie reporten direkt an den Senior Manager Marketing Central Region mit Sitz in DüsseldorfDas bringen Sie mit:Fachorientierte Ausbildung - idealerweise Studium - mit Schwerpunkt Marketing / Werbung und nachweisbarer Erfahrung in den Branchen Printing, CE oder TelekommunikationGute Kenntnisse im direkten Vertrieb von B2B Branchenlösungen und idealerweise auch Kenntnisse aus dem indirekten Vertriebsansatz im IT-SegmentStrukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise bei hoher Eigenverantwortung und SelbstmotivationStarke Fähigkeiten zum kritischen und analytischen Denken; Fähigkeit, Daten und Fakten zu verstehen, um logische und umsetzbare Schlussfolgerungen zu ziehenKreativität und Mut zu neuen Wegen, dynamische Ausstrahlung, Hands-on MentalitätKommunikationsstärke im Team, gegenüber Dienstleistern, AgenturenGute MS-Office KenntnisseSehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Französische und niederländische Sprachkenntnisse von großem Vorteil Bereitschaft zu ReisetätigkeitUnser Angebot:Eine anspruchsvolle Aufgabe in einem kreativen und dynamischen TeamEigenverantwortliches ArbeitenEine flexible Zeiteinteilung ist möglichFlache Hierarchien innerhalb der internationalen OKI-Familie mit schnellen EntscheidungswegenKostenlose Warm- und Kaltgetränke (u.a.
