Nevertheless a significant part of this job will be in German.What you'll doYour role is to review market, industry & social intelligence on relevant upcoming fiction & sports content, conduct market & insights research on content for the OTT business and collaborate with various internal marketing, content & data experts to create a content roadmap & prioritization for WOWIn addition to representing WOW's content needs within Sky DACH's acquisition teams and driving fiction & sport content acquisition from an OTT perspective with the support of the Head of's, you'll independently oversee content prioritization and be responsible for business cases in coordination with the WOW Commercial team as well as forecasting expected revenuesYou take over tasks from the creation of a content roadmap for all WOW teams with detailed information on individual content including synopses, target groups, key messaging & priorities, to implementation in prospect, base & UI marketing activities You drive international collaboration with metadata & personalization experts to optimize the OTT content longtail as well as new content launches for relevant audiences with the goal of increasing engagement & reducing churn You'll be a key contributor in supporting the WOW marketing, e-commerce, customer base & UI team in defining a strategy to engage prospects & existing customers based on identified content priorities & roadmapsWhat you'll bringYou've a degree in business administration, media or similar and 5-6 years of professional experience in a leading position in the areas of media & entertainment, content acquisition, content research strategy or marketing You're an expert in fictional & sports content with a track record of creating value propositions & growth in the TV or OTT environment as well as expertise in CRM & UI/merchandising personalization & the use of metadata approachesYou'd describe yourself as data-oriented & analytical and are able to evaluate content performance at various touchpoints to draw insights & take sales-relevant actionsAbove all, your good knowledge of the latest personalization methods based on metadata automation, as well as your excellent communication and teamwork skills with the strength to build effective relationships with all key stakeholders, set you apartHaving your finger on the pulse of what's hot in fiction & sports and translating this into business actions & benefits, as well as a high level of customer focus & satisfaction, comes naturally to youYou've knowledge of sales forecasting and creating business cases based on content roadmaps, as well as the ability to present concepts & ideas to high-level stakeholders to gain their buy-inVery good German and good English skills (written & spoken) complete your profileAt Sky, we'll give you our full support, so you'll be all set to achieve your best.
