What you`ll do:Summary:As a User Researcher in our team, you contribute to an excellent user experience of SAP’s strategic S/4HANA Cloud solution. The Role:As a User Researcher you work closely together with key design and product team members to identify and explore discovery spaces. Your job as a user researcher will be to lead and execute user-centric projects end-to-end, from roll-in to conceptualization and usability testing. You engage with end users, customers, and customer-facing teams to better understand the needs of the users. With your skills and passion, you and the whole UX team are driving a user-centric product definition.What you bring:Degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Computer Interaction or comparable fieldsMinimum 4-6 years experience in conducting user research, preferably in a business software context Experience with applying a variety of both, qualitative and quantitative user research methods Experience with different research tools (e.g. UserZoom, Respondent, User Interviews)Excellent communication skills in German and English You are a dynamic and strong team player with good writing, presentation, and time management skills. You feel comfortable working and communicating in international and cross-functional teams.
