**What you'll do**
Summary:
The Role:

- Support in the further design and creation of technically advanced platform solutions
- Take over responsibility for clarifying technical specifications and limitations with the business and development team to create elegant UI/UX concepts for handover
- Gather business needs from different stakeholder groups and validate concepts with users
- Work closely with cross-functional teams like product management, development, content strategy, and other stakeholders
- Be able to confidently present design mockups to diverse audiences, as well as gather feedback from user groups
- Adapt visual specs for responsive web technologies
- Delight users by creating engaging visual experiences
- Freedom to experiment with new ideas and concepts
- Perform DesignOps tasks, such as creating structure for topics, and maintenance of a design backlog.

**What you bring**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any design studies
- Profound knowledge of User Interface Design tools like Sketch, Figma, Invision, Abstract, Adobe and other tools
- Fast learning curve and ability to quickly understand technical topics
- Basic knowledge in what’s possible to be built (HTML, CSS & Javascript)
- English language is mandatory and Fluency in German beneficial
- History working with advanced design systems to create new visual concepts based on stakeholder requirements
