Human Resources Administrator (all genders)

(limited to 2 or 2.5 years)

Your area of responsibility:
  • Writing and publishing job adverts
  • Applicant management (viewing application documents, planning and accompanying interviews)
  • Independent creation of job descriptions
  • Independent drafting of employment contracts and contract amendments
  • Independent drafting of employment references
  • Maintenance of the HRI system HRworks
  • Support in preparation of the payroll
  • Taking on administrative and organisational tasks
  • Support with projects in the HR environment
That distinguishes you:
  • Commercial training, ideally with a focus on personnel management
  • Sound knowledge of labour, social and tax law
  • Forward-looking, independent and structured way of working with a strong interest in implementing IT solutions
  • Confident handling of MS Office programmes
  • Experienced in the use of personnel information systems for the efficient maintenance and updating of employee master data
  • Reliable and independent way of working with a high degree of confidentiality, service orientation, flexibility and team spirit
  • Good knowledge of German and English
