Du willst im Bereich Consulting – Customer Experience & Applied Design State-of-the-Art Kundenerfahrungen, neuartige (digitale) Services sowie innovative Geschäftsmodelle mit namenhaften Kund:innen konzipieren und umsetzen? Dein Impact:

Als Praktikant Customer Experience (m/w/d) unterstützt du uns und unsere Kunden in vielseitigen End-to-End Customer Experience Projekten: Immer am Puls der Zeit trägst du so ebenso zu kundenorientierten wie zukunftsweisenden und nachhaltigen Lösungen bei.

  • Customer Experience: Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung verschiedenster Maßnahmen im Zusammenhang mit den Themen Customer Experience Strategie, CX Organisation, CX Measurement sowie kundenzentrischem Service & Value Proposition Design.
  • Kommunikation: Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Kunden-Workshops (online wie offline) unter Verwendung kreativer Techniken und innovativer Methoden.
  • Teamwork: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von überzeugenden Dokumenten sowie Ergebnispräsentationen.
  • Analyse: Durchführung und Auswertung von umfangreichen Analysen des Wettbewerbs- oder Branchenumfeldes, der (potenziellen) Zielgruppen, unternehmensinterner Potenziale oder zukünftigen Trends.
Dein Skillset:
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Customer Experience (CX), Service Design sowie qualitativen und quantitativen Methoden der Marktforschung
  • Neugier für Innovations- und Digitalisierungsthemen und Interesse an den Trends und technischen Herausforderungen, die sich dabei für Endkunden ergeben
  • Hohes Engagement, Initiative und Spaß an komplexen Aufgaben, um immer wieder den eigenen Anspruch an Qualität einzulösen
  • Klarheit in deiner Ausdrucksweise, deiner Ideenstärke sowie deiner Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
