Das sind deine Aufgaben:


  • Leitung, Planung und Steuerung unserer nationalen und internationalen SAP-Projekte/Programme
  • Verantwortung des Projekterfolges hinsichtlich Kundenzufriedenheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Termin- und Budgetpläne, sowie die Aufwandskalkulation der Projekte
  • Qualitätssicherung der Leistung der Projektteams und Überwachung der Auslastung
  • Mitarbeit in unseren Competence Teams
  • Verantwortung für Pre-Sales-Aktivitäten
  • Mentoring unserer Young Professionals und fachliche Verantwortung für Consultants
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung von Hard- und Soft-Skills


Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von SAP-Projekten/Programmen und Erfahrung mit S/4HANA
  • Übergreifendes Verständnis von Integrationsprozessen und einen guten Überblick über die SAP-Systemlandschaft
  • Selbstständiges, kunden- und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten und Interesse an neuen Technologien
  • Kenntnisse in der SAP Activate Methode
  • Erfahrung in weiteren Projektmanagementmethoden (Bsp. PMI, IPMA oder Prince2) und Interesse and agilen Vorgehensmodellen (Bsp. SCRUM)
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
  • Interesse an offener und konstruktiver Zusammenarbeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
