Job Description:


We are seeking a talented Product Manager with UX Designer capabilities to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and optimizing user experiences. Additionally, you will leverage your product management skills to contribute to product strategy, define product features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations.


This position will become a key player in our product team.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design, product management, or related roles within a tech environment - preferably for a SaaS product
  • Leadership experience or leadership abilities with a track record of overseeing product development or management.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in evaluating features based on their potential revenue impact relative to cost and development effort.
  • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering user-friendly and innovative user experiences and product designs.
  • Experience in conducting user interviews, data-driven user research, usability testing, and iterating based on feedback. 
  • Solid analytical skills to interpret user data and drive product improvements.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to convey design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
