- Du bringst dich ein: Du begleitest die Produktentwicklung im Ratenkredit bei Europace, identifizierst selbstständig relevante Fragestellungen und unterstützt eine datengetriebene Kultur im Unternehmen.
- Du bist vorausschauend: Du hast im Blick, welche Daten für zukünftige Analysen relevant sind und initiierst rechtzeitige Erweiterung unserer Datenbasis.
- Du unterstützt: Du hilfst den Produktteams beim Ableiten, Visualisieren und Hinterfragen relevanter Metriken, um den Erfolg des Produktes, die Erreichung von Geschäftszielen und den Effekt einzelner Initiativen kontinuierlich zu messen.
- Du befähigst: Du ermöglichst es deinen Team-Kolleginnen, auch selbst mit Daten zu arbeiten. Neben den technischen Grundlagen vermittelst du hierzu das Bewusstsein für den Wert von Daten sowie ein Verständnis für unsere Datenbasis.
- Du wertest aus: Du erstellst praxisnahe Ad-Hoc-Analysen, Visualisierungen und Dashboards, die es uns selbst und Stakeholdern ermöglichen, fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Du bringst uns weiter: Wir entwickeln nicht nur eine Plattform, sondern auch uns selbst. Du trägst dazu bei, dass wir als Team immer besser werden.
- Fachlich: Du beherrschst deskriptive Statistik und hast deine Fertigkeiten bereits in der Vergangenheit in einer Beschäftigung als Data Analyst unter Beweis gestellt. Du kannst Metriken-Frameworks sowohl für ganze Produkte als auch für einzelne Features zusammenstellen, ins Leben rufen und revidieren.
- Technisch: Du kennst moderne Programmiersprachen im Bereich der Datenanalyse (wie z.B. Python oder R) sowie Datenvisualisierung-Tools (wir benutzen Qlik und Redash, sind aber für Bereicherung offen) und kannst dich mittels SQL selbst mit Daten versorgen.
- Methodisch: Du hast Erfahrung mit agiler Produktentwicklung und schätzt die Vorteile von selbstorganisierten cross-funktionalen Teams. Für relevante Projekte setzt Du Dich gerne ins Driver Seat.
- Kommunikation: Du bist ein "Data Socializer" und stets in der Lage, komplexe Analysen in und um Deine Domäne deinen Kolleg:innen aus cross-funktionalen Teams verständlich zu erklären.
- Arbeitsweise: Du bist strukturiert, flexibel und arbeitest eigenständig und verantwortungsbewusst. Wenn nötig, stellst du auch den Ist-Zustand in Frage und denkst ihn neu. Dank deinem Urteilsvermögen kannst du Anforderungen verstehen und hinterfragen sowie schnell zuverlässige Analyse-Lösungen bereitstellen. Dabei bist du neugierig, lernbereit und kreativ.
- Mindset: Du zeichnest dich durch Pragmatismus, einen guten Geschäftssinn und ein gesundes Maß an Detailgenauigkeit aus. Außerdem engagierst du dich, bringst dich ein und bist motiviert uns voranzubringen. Deine Neugierde und Auffassungsgabe helfen dir, die für dich neue Domäne Ratenkredit schnell zu verstehen und neue Themen rasch zu adaptieren, Ideen zu entwickeln und weiterzudenken.
