Finance & Administration Manager | Munich (hybrid or remote)

Your Mission
- Take the lead on all finance related tasks.
- Act as point of contact for the tax office and manage the payroll.
- Ensure a timely cash collection from customers, follow-up and escalate if necessary.
- Analyze, control and report financials to the management.
- Take the lead on administrational and organizational topics.
- Manage our mailbox: check & process and/or assign tasks to the related teams.
- Master the daily business to ensure a smooth business.
- Contribute by bringing in new ideas on how to improve our business like digital finance processes.
Your skills
- BA degree or higher with focus in finance.
- Excellent skills in German are a must-have (both written & spoken).
- +1 year experience in a role with financial focus.
- Highly organized, self-starter and self-motivator with an extreme attention to details.
- Salesforce and Microsoft Excel are no rocket science for you.
- Passion for numbers and high analytical skills.
- Motivation to succeed in a startup environment and desire to increase knowledge.
