Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Deine Mission:

· Übersetzung von Kundenanforderungen in Salesforce-Lösungen und Umsetzung

· Technische Beratung zu den Themen digitales Marketing und Kundenerlebnis

· Entwurf und Umsetzung automatisierter, plattformübergreifender Customer Journeys

· Beratung der Kunden zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung (Teilweise) Projektmanagement im Bereich Marketing-Automatisierung

· Entwicklung von best practices sowie Durchführung von Workshops und Kundenschulungen

Deine Erfahrung:

* Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing-Automatisierung

* Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Salesforce Marketing Cloud in den Bereichen digitales Marketing und Kundenerlebnis

* Gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten

* Erfahrung in Projekt- oder Teammanagement ist von Vorteil

* Webentwicklungskenntnisse (HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL) sind von Vorteil

* Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
