Was Dich erwartet

Als Systemspezialist bist du aktiv in Beratungsprojekte und in das Betriebsumfeld unserer Kunden zu den Themen "Customer Experience und Cloud Contact Center" eingebunden.

  • Du konzipierst und integrierst im Team unserer Cloud Contact Center-Plattform auf Basis von Genesys Cloud
  • Du übernimmst die Integration in die Systemlandschaft unserer Kunden sowie den Service und Support der Systeme
  • Die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Kundensysteme liegt Dir am Herzen
Was Du mitbringst
  • Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation) und hast eine sehr hohe IT-Affinität
  • ·Idealerweise bringst du Berufserfahrung im Bereich Callcenter-Infrastrukturen mit (Genesys oder ähnliche), Technologien wie SIP, IVR, Chatbots und Automatisierung sind Dir nicht fremd
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Lernbereitschaft aus und kannst dich gut in neue Applikationen und Technologien einarbeiten
  • Gute Team- und Kommunikationskompetenzen sowie eine hohe Serviceorientierung runden Dein Profil ab
