We are looking for an Administration Assistant (m/f/d) to support our Administration Team in Hannover.
Responsibility
- Support Daily HR and Administration business
- Responsible for incomming Invoices
- Interface between Linglong Germany and Linglong Headquarter
- Follow HR-Processes and maintain HR Tracking
- Responsible for Company Car Management
- Work on internal Projects
Qualification
- Vocational Training as Office Clerk or similar
- +2 years Work experience in related field
- Basic knowledge of Administration, HR and Finance processes
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Open-minded, team player, strong communication skills
