Procurement Manager – IT

A leading international organisation is expanding its procurement capabilities and is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager – IT & Indirect to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and support business growth across its German operations.This is a key role where you will shape IT and indirect procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to cost optimisation and digitalisation projects.Your responsibilities:Act as the procurement lead for IT and indirect categories, including software, hardware, cloud services, office supplies, and professional servicesDevelop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and technology goalsLead supplier negotiations, RFx processes, and contract management, ensuring compliance and best valueBuild strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and global teamsIdentify new suppliers, monitor vendor performance, and drive continuous improvementSupport digital transformation initiatives through strategic sourcing solutionsContribute to process optimisation, cost-saving, and efficiency projects across IT and indirect procurementYour profile:5+ years’ experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, ideally in IT and/or indirect categoriesStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to manage complex sourcing projects independentlyFluency in English and German (B2)Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvementDegree in Business, Supply Chain, IT Management, or a related fieldWillingness to travel occasionally within Germany and Europe📍 Location: Frankfurt, Hessen, Germany (Hybrid working model)If you’re ready to drive IT and indirect procurement strategies and make an impact in a dynamic international environment, we’d love to hear from you.📩 To apply or learn more, please contact: Shavkat.Sadinov@supply-north.com
