Job Title: Business Development Specialist
Location: GAP 15, Graf-Adolf-Platz 15, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany
Responsibilities：
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies for rooftop solar for the below segments: (1) corporate landlords, (2) property developers (new construction) and (3) property management companies, which could also include municipal landlords.
- Communicate with and sell PV systems to (1) corporate landlords, (2) property developers (new construction) and (3) property management companies, which could also again include municipal landlords.
- Understands how to develop and submit written presentations and proposals including competitive bid proposals for the above, where necessary.
- Manage relationships in the mentioned segments over a period of years.
Qualifications：
- Very good understanding of the German property market
- Experience with commercial or volume sales to corporations active in the German property market (5 or more years)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships in the property sector
- Experience developing bid proposals
- German and English language
- PV experience is not a must but professional B to B sales experience is.
