Was du erwarten kannst:
• Du unterstützt Unternehmen aus den verschiedensten Branchen dabei, Strukturen und Prozesse im Einkauf zu verbessern.
• Du begleitest unsere Kunden bei unterschiedlichsten Themen, von der Optimierung der Einkaufsprozesse z.B. über E-Procurement Lösungen, Einkaufstransformationen, nachhaltigen Beschaffungskonzepten bis hin zur Definition und Umsetzung von Verhandlungsstrategien im Bereich der Auktionstheorie.
• Du wirst Teil von anspruchsvollen, spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Projekten im Bereich des Einkaufs und unterstützt von der Angebotserstellung, Projektplanung bis zur Projektumsetzung auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene.
• Du erhältst in unseren Projektteams von Anfang an (Teil-)Verantwortung für das Erreichen der Projektziele übertragen und Raum und Unterstützung, um dich weiterzuentwickeln.
Was du mitbringst:
• Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschafts-Ingenieurwesens oder gerne auch angrenzender MINT Fachbereiche.
• Du verfügst über erste Berufserfahrung - vorzugsweise im Bereich des Einkaufs, entweder als Allrounder oder als Experte in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Einkaufs-Themen:
o Einkaufsoptimierung Direkt/Indirekt
o Spend Analytics
o Strategie & Transformation
o Digital Procurement (z.B. Coupa, SAP Ariba)
o Spieltheoretische Verhandlungsführung
o Sustainability
o Managed Services
• Du arbeitest gerne im Team und kannst deine analytischen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten verbunden mit Eigeninitiative in einem Projektteam erfolgreich einsetzen.
• Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
