About the Role:

  • a dedicated Warranty / Technical Support Specialist to handle warranty claims and provide technical support to our customers and service team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage warranty claims and ensure timely processing and resolution.
  • Provide technical support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  • investigate and analyze warranty claims, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct training sessions for dealers on technical issues and warranty procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality based on customer feedback and product issues.
  • Ensure compliance with warranty policies and regulations.



Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in warranty management or technical support within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and components.
  • Preferably German native speaker + fluent in English.
