About the Role:
- a dedicated Warranty / Technical Support Specialist to handle warranty claims and provide technical support to our customers and service team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warranty claims and ensure timely processing and resolution.
- Provide technical support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- investigate and analyze warranty claims, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct training sessions for dealers on technical issues and warranty procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality based on customer feedback and product issues.
- Ensure compliance with warranty policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in warranty management or technical support within the automotive industry.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Preferably German native speaker + fluent in English.
