Inventory Management Specialist

We are a leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the automotive industry, and we are currently looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Inventory Analyst Quality Management.
Your ProfileWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, including sourcing, purchasing, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
The successful candidate will also have a profound knowledge of automotive warranty service and inventory management, as well as excellent analytic skills, attention to detail, and communication skills in a multinational environment.
We are looking for a team player who is responsible, open-minded, and fluent in English, with German and Korean being a plus.
Your TasksAs an Inventory Analyst Quality Management, you will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and business partners to prepare new field service actions and requirements for ongoing field service actions.
You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate information in the Warranty Campaign database, informing concerned parties of field service actions as requested.
Additionally, you will forecast demand and place timely purchase orders, considering field requirements and freight expenditure, to maintain optimal stock levels and availability.
You will also manage the life cycle of field service parts to improve inventory health by monitoring field service progress and adjusting order volumes and negotiating with business partners for recompense of leftover deadstock.
Furthermore, you will ensure that field service actions are coordinated according to policy and procedure, identify opportunities to improve current processes, and collaborate with planners to provide projections about sudden demand pattern changes.
