Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Office Manager im Bereich Investment & Operations (m/w/x) in Teilzeit (20-30Std./Woche)


Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung in diversen administrativen Tätigkeiten und Koordinationstätigkeiten
  • Planung und Organisation von Besprechungen/Meetings
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Bereichsleitern und Accountants
  • Bearbeitung der Postein-/ Ausgänge
  • Selbstständiges Korrespondieren mit Dienstleistern/Lieferanten
  • Datenbankpflege und Vertragsmanagement
  • Überblick unseres Bürobedarfs und das Auslösen von Bestellungen


Dein Profil:

  • Ein freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich des Office Managements sind wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute Organisationsfähigkeit, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Finanzen, Buchhaltung sind von Vorteil
