Our team supports all TRATON business areas and our brands in all legal matters related to M&A, corporate law, antitrust law, procurement, research & development, production, logistics, IT/new technologies, and finance. • Supporting our legal team in international projects, contract negotiations, and legal proceedings• Organizing meetings, creating minutes, and monitoring deadlines• You conduct national and international correspondence – clearly, professionally, and with commitment• Managing travel planning, billing, and communication with external law firms• Responsible for a consistent structure – in files, folders, and processes Anforderungen an die Qualifikation• You have a completed training as a legal specialist (Rechtsfachwirt*in), legal assistant (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte*r), or foreign language correspondent (Fremdsprachenkorrespondent*in)• Your professional experience is at least 5 years, ideally in an international environment• You bring very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken• And above all: You show enjoyment of teamwork, personal responsibility, and a varied workday Benefits: Das bieten wir• A very good salary package according to IG Metal and Electro collective bargaining agreement incl.
