We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a DACH Channel Manager for SaaS Solutions in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and Marketing Agencies ecosystems. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel partner strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in channel sales within the Business Central ecosystem, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving partner and customer success.


You will perform your tasks in close cooperation with the other departments in the EMEA Partner Success Unit (Implementation Success, Support, and Sales) and also the Marketing team.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators, marketing agencies, and technology partners, in your designated countries and facilitate tools and resources to ensure their success.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market coverage and reach new customer segments.
  • Manage and drive sales execution to achieve or exceed sales targets and significantly contribute to Boyum IT ambitious growth in the assigned territory.
  • Actively support the sales process with partners for both our NETRONIC manufacturing platform offerings and our Perfion PIM solution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and execute channel partner programs, lead generation initiatives, and more.
  • Drive partner engagement and loyalty through regular communication, joint business planning, and incentive programs.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics and KPIs to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct sales presentations – both towards the partner and the end customer.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem (or another SaaS solution indirectly sold to SMB companies), with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven business process understanding in different industries across the entire supply chain: mainly manufacturing and distribution. E-commerce would also be an advantage.
  • Ability to engage and interact with customers and partners – at all levels.
  • Strong customer focus and good customer management skills
  • Able to work independently and to work as part of a multicultural (virtual) team.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and overcome objections.
  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in verbal and written German and English.
  • Willingness to travel in the region.
  • Previous presales experience would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience with one or more PIM solutions is a plus.
  • Keen to show initiative and acting proactively instead of being reactive.
