Are you a skilled Bioprocess & Supply Manufacturing Specialist with extensive experience in the Life Sciences industry? Key Responsibilities:

• Design, optimize, and scale up bioprocesses for the production of biopharmaceuticals, vaccines, and other biologics, ensuring high efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage and improve supply chain processes to ensure seamless production, from raw material sourcing to final product distribution.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality control, and production teams to implement robust manufacturing processes that meet GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Lead technology transfer initiatives from R&D to manufacturing, ensuring smooth scale-up and commercialization.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to bioprocessing and supply chain operations, driving continuous improvement in production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze production data to optimize yields, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in bioprocessing and supply manufacturing within the Life Sciences industry (pharma, biotech, or medical devices).
• Strong knowledge of upstream and downstream bioprocessing, as well as supply chain management in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Proven ability to work independently as a freelancer, with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a strong asset.
• Willingness to travel within Germany for on-site process optimization and project management.
