National Account Manager, Germany

StarTech.com is a leading manufacturer of technology accessories, hardware connectivity and IT peripherals with over 35 years of success in the Global market place.


We are currently helping them to identify a National Account Manager for Germany to maximize the value of relationships with key customers, driving revenue growth and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also oversee the Channel in Germany and execute and uphold robust account plans for all designated accounts in the region. Some other key responsibilities will include;


  • Prioritizing qualified opportunities, driving revenue results to achieving company goals
  • Balancing time spent with distribution sales teams, channel partners and end users
  • Developing and maintaining effective and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Managing deliverables, resolving issues, participating in projects and providing input and advice, as the account requires


The ideal candidate will bring energy and enthusiasm to the role, combined with a solid understanding of IT products, services, and solutions which is crucial.


A good understanding of the DACH IT channel and excellent communication and presentation skills are also key, together with native level German and fully fluent English.
