The perfect candidate will have worked with Talent Acquisition, HR or as Relocation Coordinator.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead the logistical aspects of relocating individuals from various global locations, ensuring a smooth and compliant process.
  • Manage the documentation process, from preparation to submission, for non-EU working permits, adhering to legal requirements.
  • Handle document translation, legalization, and notarization, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between real estate agencies and new hires, facilitating property search and rental contract negotiations.
  • Provide support for EU citizens undergoing relocation, assisting with necessary arrangements
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flight bookings and accommodation arrangement
  • Administer and process relocation-related payments in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the visa application process and ensure all documentation is in order.
  • Conduct thorough onboarding sessions with new hires, ensuring a smooth integration process.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to new hires and relocation processes.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing relocation processes in Germany.
  • Familiarity with legislative requirements and compliance standards related to relocation.
  • Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong team player with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive team player with a self-starter attitude.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
