We are now seeking for General Manager-Engineering.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Accountfor full spectrum of project management duties from inception tocompletion
  2. Manage project pipeline from design,tender submissions, installation to commissioning with the supportfrom both internal and externalstakeholders
  3. Account for P&Lresponsibilities and budgeting
  4. Acts as coremember of senior management team to design the strategicinitiatives and upcoming business growth
  5. Reviewand monitor the vendors' performances to promote the qualityexcellence initiatives
  6. Identify and developrisk mitigationplan

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Tertiaryeducated in Engineering, Construction or relateddisciplines
  2. At least 15 years of projectmanagement experiences with proven track record preferably insizable building services projects
  3. Provenexperiences in full project cycles from design to sitemanagement
  4. Professional membership is highlypreferred
  5. Excellent communications andorganizational abilities
  6. A natural leader withstrong problem-solving capabilities
  7. Resultsdriven, self-initiative and excellent businessacumen
