Deine Aufgaben:
- Die Betreuung und Entwicklung unserer Top-Enterprise-Kunden vom Onboarding bis zum Renewal
- Sicherstellen, dass unsere Kunden die bestmögliche Erfahrung mit unserem Produkt haben und Value entlang der kompletten Customer Journey generieren
- Die Identifizierung von Kundenbedürfnissen und Entwicklung passender Lösungen im Sinne des Kundenerfolgs
- Das Monitoring und die Analyse von Kundendaten, um proaktiv zu Handeln bzw. Entscheidungen zu treffen und damit den Erfolg deiner Kunden zu gewährleisten
- Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Unternehmen-Teams, damit Kundenanliegen effektiv gelöst werden
Dein Profil:
- Erfahrung: Du hast erste Erfahrung im Customer Success Management (Saas)
- Leidenschaft: Hospitality/Hotellerie gehören zu deinen Leidenschaften und du bist sehr daran interessiert. Die Facharbeit im CRM-Bereich und Weiterentwicklung deiner fachspezifischen Fähigkeiten begeistert dich
- Kommunikation: Du kommunizierst souverän in deutscher Sprache und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte klar und präzise vermitteln
- Zielgerichtet: Du hast nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Kundenbindung und Entwicklung.
- Ownership: Du bist proaktiv, ergebnisorientiert und in der Lage, selbstständig zu arbeiten
