THE AMBITION ist Deutschlands erstes Beratungsunternehmen für Hiphop-Kultur mit Offices in Düsseldorf (HQ) und Berlin. Wir beraten und begleiten Unternehmen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen dabei, durch kulturelle Relevanz ihr Image sowie die Bekanntheit ihrer Marken zu verbessern, um somit ihren Umsatz und Marktanteile zu steigern.


Hiphop ist mit derzeit rund 15 Millionen Menschen und einem Anteil von 65% in der GEN-Z in Deutschland die größte und einflussreichste kulturelle Strömung unserer Zeit. Durch die bewährte Expertise von THE AMBITION und die tiefe Verwurzelung in der Kultur, ermöglichen wir es Marken, Cultural Codes zu knacken und genau diese Zielgruppe zu erreichen.


Zu unseren Kund:innen zählen renommierte Marken aus den Bereichen Automotive, Lifestyle, Fashion und FMCG. Um deren Ziele zu realisieren, arbeiten wir täglich mit renommierten Partner:innen und Talenten aus der Hiphop-Kultur an Marketingstrategien, 360° Kampagnen, Aktivierungskonzepten, Produktideen und vielem mehr. DEINE ROLLE:


Die Hiphop-Kultur ist Teil deiner DNA und als erfahrene:r Senior Strategist oder Strategy Director bist du das Bindeglied zwischen der Kundenfront, unserer Kreativabteilung und dem Cultural Consulting. Mit deinem breiten Strategy Skillset bist du kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in - intern sowie extern. Von der Markenstrategie bis zur Creative Strategy entwickelst du klare Positionierungen, richtungsweisende Creative Briefs und überraschende Kampagnenstrategien. Du arbeitest datenbasiert und gleichzeitig möchtest du die kreative Seite nicht missen. Du hast Freude daran, bestehenden Kunden neue Impulse zu geben. Im New Business überzeugst du mit deinen strategischen Impulsen, warum Hiphop-Kultur Teil ihrer Markenwelt werden soll.


DEIN PROFIL:


  • Min. 7 Jahre Agenturerfahrung (Planning, Strategie)
  • Ausgeprägte strategische Kompetenz (Entwicklung von Marken- & Kampagnenplattformen, Sprungbrettern, etc.)
  • Erfahrung auf Lifestyle-Brands, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
  • Hohe Hiphop Affinität und sehr gutes Verständnis aktueller kultureller Trends und Insights
  • Hands-On-Mentalität
  • Hohe Eigenständigkeit und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrungen in New Business Pitches
  • Exzellente analytische und konzeptionelle Skills
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für Marktforschung, Datenerhebung und -auswertung (sekundär und primär – wie qualitativ und quantitativ)
  • Sehr gute Präsentations-Skills (sowohl in der Erstellung als auch in der Präsentation)
  • Inspirationsgeber und Verkörperung von strategischer Markenführung – sowohl ins Team hinaus als auch Kunden gegenüber
  • BONUS: Spaß an der Ideenentwicklung mitzuwirken / Ideen zu pitchen
