WIR SUCHEN…

Einen Corporate Responsibility / ESG-Manager (m/w/d), der unsere Corporate Responsibility Strategie vorantreibt und die ESG-Performance von AdEx kontinuierlich verbessert. Die konkreten Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Corporate Responsibility (CR) Aktivitäten
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien und Substrategien (z.B. DEI-Strategie, Klimastrategie, Employee Well-Being Strategie, Sustainable Procurement)
  • Erstellung und Pflege jährlicher ESG-Reports (z.B. ESG Advantage, ecovadis, UNGC) sowie der Verbesserung der ESG-Datenqualität durch genauere und zusätzliche Datenerhebungen und Optimierung der Datensammlungsprozesse
  • Organisation und teilweise Durchführung von Pro Bono Projekten sowie Corporate Volunteering und Spendenaktionen
  • Aufbau und Leitung der CSRD-Task-Force zur Vorbereitung unseres CSRD-konformen Reports für 2026
  • Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der ESG-Performance, einschließlich Entwicklung von Policies und Maßnahmen zur Reduktion von Reiseemissionen
  • Jährliche Berechnung des CO2-Fußabdrucks für das gesamte Unternehmen und spezifische Events
  • Unterstützung bei ESG-Diskussionen im Board Meeting und CR-Kommunikation (intern und extern) sowie Beantwortung akuter Anfragen von Kunden zu ESG-Infos

Leidenschaft und Begeisterung sind für uns wichtiger als Zertifikate oder Zeugnisse, aber folgende Fähigkeiten tragen dazu bei, dass Du bei uns erfolgreich wirst:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, Umweltwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Erfahrung im Bereich ESG-Management, Nachhaltigkeitsreporting und -strategien
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel)
  • Eigenständige und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
