We are looking for a dynamic Chinese-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Arnstadt, Germany, within the fast-paced automotive industry. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a linguistic background and an interest in quality assurance.Key Responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer service to our Chinese-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality standards.Support quality control processes, ensuring that customer service procedures align with our commitment to excellence.Assist with operational tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the service department.Daily Tasks:Engage in standard customer service activities, including communication with clients and receiving requests via different channels.Forward customer requests to the relevant operational departments and ensure that these requests are fulfilled promptly.Monitor the fulfillment of customer requests and ensure compliance with quality standards.Create and manage special reports, providing insights into service performance and identifying areas for improvement.Address discrepancies, process changes, or customer complaints, ensuring swift and effective resolution.Leverage any background in operations or quality assurance to enhance the overall customer service experience and support continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:Professional proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin).Fluent English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.Familiarity with quality assurance processes or previous experience in customer service would be great but it´s not necessaryAbility to work in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.What We Offer:A competitive remunerationThe opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment within the automotive industry.Ongoing professional development and the chance to grow within our company.Location: Arnstadt, GermanyIf you are a motivated professional looking to leverage your language skills and customer service expertise in a thriving industry, we would love to hear from you.
