IN-HOUSE SALESFORCE APPLICATION CONSULTANT (m/w/d)

TechOhana sucht für einen Endkunden in Regensburg eine:n Salesforce Application Consultant (m/w/d). Es wird eine Person gesucht, die die volle Verantwortung für die Salesforce-Umgebung übernimmt und als interner Salesforce-Administrator agieren wird. Die Kandidatin oder der Kandidat hat eine Leidenschaft für künstliche Intelligenz und Automatisierung und liebt es, einen Weg zu finden, Prozesse schlanker zu gestalten.


AUFGABEN:

  • Koordinierung von Berechtigungen und Benutzerverwaltungen sowie 1st und 2nd level Support
  • Access-, Incident- und Changemanagement für Salesforce, Kundenportale und verbundene Systeme
  • Integration von Salesforce mit anderen Unternehmensanwendungen, Drittanbieter-Tools und APIs, um eine nahtlose Zusammenarbeit und einen effizienten Datenaustausch zu ermöglichen.
  • Erstellung von effizienten und benutzerfreundlichen Lösungen mit Hilfe von deklarativen Tools und dem Salesforce App Store.

PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre praktische Salesforce Erfahrung (Sales, Service und Marketing Cloud)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Administration und der Konfiguration von Salesforce
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Anforderungs- und Prozessanalyse
  • Kenntnisse der Methoden des Projektmanagements (klassisch und agil)
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
