Die Stabsstelle Qualitätsmanagement und Patientensicherheit sucht ab sofort eine/einenSachbearbeiterin / Sachbearbeiter für die JACIE-Akkreditierung (m/w/d)Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
- Als Sachbearbeiter*in Qualitätsmanagement und -sicherung unterstützen Sie in Abstimmung mit dem Koordinator QM die Akkreditierung des Stammzelltransplantationsprogramms (JACIE-Akkreditierung). Hierzu gehören insbesondere die Erstellung und Pflege der Antragsunterlagen sowie der geforderten Berichte und Dokumente für die Akkreditierung
- Ebenso zählen dazu die Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie Begleitung der Inspektionen vor Ort im Rahmen der Akkreditierung einschließlich der internen Audits
- Darüber hinaus wirken Sie bei der Implementierung und Pflege des zentrumseigenen Qualitäts- und Risikomanagements inkl. Dokumentenlenkung und Fehlermanagement mit. Hierbei orientieren Sie sich an den einschlägigen normativen Vorgaben des Gemeinsamen Bundesausschusses (G-BA), des Arzneimittelgesetzes (AMG), des Transplantationsgesetzes (TPG), des Transfusionsgesetzes (TFG) sowie an den JACIE-Standards
- Ergänzend zählen die Erfassung, Auswertung und Berichtserstellung der geforderten qualitätsbezogenen Zahlen, Daten und Fakten des Zentrums zu Ihren Aufgaben
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der medizinischen Dokumentation, med. Informatik oder in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege oder in einem medizinischen bzw. medizinisch-technischen Assistenzberuf
- Zusatzqualifikationen im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung oder med. Kodierung wünschenswert
- Weiterbildung und Qualifikation oder Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentenlenkung erwünscht
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse der Abläufe eines Stammzelltransplantationszentrums erwünscht
- Sicherer Umgang mit Standard-Office-Software
- Gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Freundliches, souveränes Auftreten
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team
- 38,5 Wochenarbeitsstunden
