Deine Hauptaufgaben sind:

  • Konzeption, Umsetzung und Evaluation von strategischen Marketing- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
  • Umsetzung kleinerer eigener Projekte unter Anleitung deiner Kollegen
  • Markt- und Medienbeobachtung
  • Klare und konsistente Kommunikation mit Kunden und dem internen, internationalen Beraterteam
  • Erstellung von medienrelevanten Inhalten
  • Administrative Aufgaben wie Berichte und Organisatorisches
  • Unterstützung bei der Recherche, Erstellung und Präsentation neuer Kampagnen für integrierte, traditionelle und digitale Kommunikationsprogramme.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen im Netzwerk von Finn Partners.


Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, z.B. Geistes- oder Sozialwissenschaften, Marketing
  • Praktische Erfahrung in Agentur, Pressestelle oder Redaktion
  • Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kreativität und Textsicherheit
  • Hohe Allgemeinbildung und Neugier auf die Kommunikationswelt und die Themen unserer Kunden
  • Reisebereitschaft und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Perfektes Deutsch
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
