Customer Success Manager

Reporting to the VP Key Accounts and Engineering, and as part of the Global KA Department you will play a crucial role will be responsible for ensuring the full post-sales cycle, from ensuring successful implementation to customizing our services for new key accounts, in line with company strategy and policies.This role demands a proactive, strategic approach to integrating client feedback, optimizing with supply chain department, and continuously improving our service delivery to meet and exceed client expectations.

As a Customer Success Manager, your key responsibilities will be the following:

• Onboarding of new Key Account Customers - You make sure that new customers feel welcome and in good hands. This process sets the course for future collaboration and relationships and also takes legal aspects into account
• Primary point of contact for internal key account and local Organizations to ensure seamless integration in line with the contract and to identify difficulties on early stage to offer solutions or adjustments in the processes
• With the support of local teams across different departments and countries adapt our offerings based on customer feedback and operational insights
• set up regularly meetings to assess the quality of service and identify areas for improvement
• monitoring, analyzing and reporting of the implementation, including milestones, challenges and success by establishing methods for follow-up and evaluation of projects set up
• Develop and implement strategies for ongoing customer satisfaction with the goal of fostering long-term business relationships
• Bring together all different interests to achieve a common goal

We are seeking a qualified professional with a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, several years of professional experience in customer success management, project management or similar role withing the B2B environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tender process, contract management, and multi-country operations. Knowledge in Product management or Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels as well as a problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and project management tools is required, along with fluency in English. Additional language skills and a commitment to transparency and effective collaboration within a matrix organizational structure are highly valued.
