The Role:
As a (Senior) Account Executive, you will convince our prospects and customers with our Lucanet Amana Tax, Compliance and Reporting solution. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle. You will acquire new customers in the DACH region and will also increase the growth and awareness of our solution in these important regions. In this key role, you will have the opportunity to present our innovative solutions and build long-term customer relationships. We offer our customers end-to-end tax solutions and services for all tax processes. What you'll do:
- Engage with Potential Customers: Utilize both qualified leads and your own outbound activities to consult and educate potential B2B customers about the features and benefits of the GlobalTaxCenter Suite (TAX) software solutions through discussions, demos, and presentations.
- Develop Tailored Solutions: Identify the unique needs of prospects and existing customers to craft individualized customer solutions, fostering strong customer relationships.
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Own the sales cycle end-to-end, from initial contact to deal closure, with the potential to grow into a leadership role.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our sales engineers during key phases of the sales process to provide top-notch advice and win over customers on specific topics.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, ensuring monthly and quarterly goals are achieved.
- Represent at Events: Showcase our software solutions at industry events and trade fairs, both offline and online.
- Expertise and Innovation: Represent a company known for its focus on customer needs, deep expertise, and strong technical competence.
- Flexible Work Locations: Operate remotely within the DACH region or choose a hybrid work arrangement at our Essen location.
What you bring to the table:
- Language skills - English + German - Must be fluent in both languages (C1+) and understand the way to conduct business in Europe [ESSENTIAL]
- A proven track record of success as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS/software/IT solution sales [ESSENTIAL]
- Finance / Tax knowledge - Working with a product suite of financial reporting tools a good understanding (from either your studies or professional career) of these topics will help you feel more confident when presenting to customers [ESSENTIAL]
- Comfort in a fast-paced, international environment, demonstrating a high level of independence and self-motivation.
- A solid grasp of the DACH market, a robust contact network and familiarity with Salesforce are your strategic advantages.
- You are willing to travel within the DACH region if needed.
