At Tibber, we’re transforming the energylandscape with smart, sustainable solutions. We’re looking for aPartner Manager Battery & Solar to drivegrowth through strategic partnerships and innovative productintegration. This role focuses on high-level strategy andcollaboration, supporting both our battery and solarcategories.

About the Role

AsPartner Manager Battery & Solar, you’llmanage key partnerships, oversee product integration, grow sales,and enhance customer experiences. Your role will involve aligningbusiness strategies with operational needs and ensuring that Tibberstays ahead of industry trends.

KeyResponsibilities:
  1. Lead salesinitiatives for battery and solar products, collaborating withmarketing to create effective customercampaigns.
  2. Drive improvements in customerjourneys by working closely with the E-commerce and Supply Chainteams.
  3. Manage integration and ongoingdevelopment of battery and solar products (prior experience is aplus, but not mandatory).
  4. Ensure smoothcollaboration and communication between internal teams and externalpartners.
  5. Develop demand forecasts, identifypotential risks, and ensure regulatory compliance and productquality.
YourProfile

DesiredExperience:

  • Provenexperience in strategic partner management, commercial growth, andcustomer journey development.
  • Familiarity withdevelopment and management of complex products, ideally homebatteries, virtual power plants, and dynamictariffs.
  • Experience in B2C and B2B saleschannels, ideally with e-commerce or online salesknowledge.
