(Senior) Engineer –Product Quality

We want to work with a flexible and enthusiastic individual wo will be required to support the development of our European vehicles locally as well as globally - jointly with our teams in our headquarter in China.

Job Description

• Deal with Customer warranty issues in the region, transfer the customer voice to engineering language and work closely with global engineering team for the issue resolution
• Drive on the top warranty issues deep dive analysis and lesson learnt
• Drive on relevant cross functions of Product Line to continuously improve the product robustness including Design/Engineering/Process
• Prevention Quality/APQP management of Product Line in Europe Union region, including FMEA, War Room process
• Lessons Learned Quality ownership in Product Line to embed into new projects development
• Global or Europe Union led Product family CTQs development/ownership in Europe Union Product Line

Requirements:

• You have a Degree in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or comparable background
• You have significant (>3 years) experience in a similar position for vehicle quality
• You are able to balance vehicle & system targets to achieve regulatory compliance and a high level of customer acceptance.
• You are willing to travel and have a valid European driving license
• You are willing to work in an international and intercultural environment
• You have a pro-active and self-motivated attitude
• You are a good communicator with an open and structured mindset
• You have good computer and presentation skills (MS Office, etc.)
• You are fluent in English
• Mandarin skills advantageous
