CSA Engineer – Munich, Germany – 12+ Months Contract

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the CSA aspects of pharmaceutical construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise in civil, structural, and architectural design.
  • Review and approve designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Supervise and inspect construction work to ensure compliance with design documents and quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Ensure safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed on site.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, logs, and records.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper documentation for regulatory compliance and inspections.
  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures and practices.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineers.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between different project teams.


Your Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CSA engineering within the pharmaceutical or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
