Senior Risk Manager (m/w/d) - Medizinprodukte (m/w/d)Standort: BayernIhre Chance:Übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle im Risikomanagement von Medizinprodukten und gestalten Sie den sicheren und regelkonformen Weg innovativer Produkte – von der strategischen Planung bis zur operativen Umsetzung. Sie sind Berater:in, Fachexpert:in und Führungskraft zugleich und treiben die Weiterentwicklung von Methoden, Standards und Best Practices aktiv voran.Ihre Aufgaben:Verantwortung für ein effektives, nachhaltiges und normgerechtes Risikomanagement von Medizinprodukten.Fachliche Begleitung und Beratung von Projektteams bei komplexen Systementwicklungen in allen Phasen der Produktentwicklung.Weiterentwicklung und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation von Risikomanagement-Prozessen und Methoden.Ableitung unternehmensweiter Standards und Best Practices sowie aktive Mitgestaltung domänenübergreifender Entwicklungsaktivitäten, z. B. in Usability, Requirements Engineering oder Cyber Security.Fachliche Führung des Risikomanagementteams und Koordination der Projektverantwortlichen.Schulung und Beratung interner Stakeholder zur Förderung eines unternehmensweiten Verständnisses für Sicherheit, Compliance und regulatorische Anforderungen.Integration von Post-Market Surveillance-Daten in die Risikobewertung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Systemarchitekt:innen, Softwareentwickler:innen und klinischen Expert:innen.Sicherstellung der Einhaltung internationaler Normen und gesetzlicher Anforderungen, darunter ISO 14971, MDR, FDA 21 CFR 820, IEC 62304 und IEC 81001-5-1.Ihr Profil:Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Risikomanagement von Medizinprodukten der Klassen IIb oder III.Fundierte Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen und Normen sowie Erfahrung im professionellen Austausch mit Benannten Stellen und internationalen Behörden.Analytisches Denken, strategisches Handeln und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz.Überzeugende Kommunikationsstärke, Präsentationsgeschick und souveränes Auftreten.Kreativität, Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und Loyalität.Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Medizintechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.Das bietet das Unternehmen:Verantwortung für eine zentrale Funktion im Risikomanagement eines dynamischen, regulierten Umfelds.Aktive Mitgestaltung von Prozessen, Standards und Best Practices.Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und Einfluss auf die Entwicklung innovativer Medizinprodukte.Spannende Herausforderungen, hohe Eigenverantwortung und Gestaltungsspielraum.Wenn Sie ein Teil eines engagierten Teams werden möchten und das Risikomanagement auf höchstem Niveau mitgestalten möchten, freue ich mich auf Ihre BewerbungKontaktdaten:E-Mail: M.Inderhees@sciproglobal.deTel: 089 26 20 09 25
