We encourage diversity and are an international team coming from 26 different countries and speaking 25 different languages.About the Role:As a hands-on Engineering Manager at Ledgy, you'll shape how thousands of employees worldwide experience equity ownership. Leading a team of 4-6 exceptional engineers, you'll balance hands-on technical contribution with people leadership, helping transform complex equity management into intuitive, empowering experiences.
