About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk Manager to own the governance framework for our 35+ vendor ecosystem. As DLT Finance scales our EU-regulated crypto trading infrastructure, you will ensure our vendor management is audit-proof and compliant with MiCA, MiFID II, MaRisk and DORA requirements. This Second Line of Defense role is mission-critical to our business model. We orchestrate 35+ pre-integrated vendors across banking, custody, compliance, and trading, making vendor risk management central to our competitive differentiation.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain the outsourcing methodology, including tools, templates, and reporting standardsExecute Third-Party Risk Assessments for all new vendor integrations and existing vendor reassessmentsProvide 2nd Line review and challenge for all material and non-material outsourcing arrangements across our vendor ecosystemExecute controls and sample testing to validate framework adherence across the vendor lifecycleEnsure vendor agreements, SLAs, KRIs, and KPIs meet EU regulatory requirementsReview and test Business Continuity Plans and Exit & Termination strategies for DORA compliancePrepare mandatory regulatory reports and manage notifications to EU regulatorsLead remediation projects from audits or regulatory findingsMaintain accurate outsourcing register compliant with EU requirementsRequirementsExperience:University degree in Business, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or 2+ years in Second Line of Defense, Outsourcing, or Third-Party Risk Management at a regulated financial institutionExpert knowledge of MiFID II, MiCA, MaRisk, DORA ICT Third-Party Risk Management, and EBA Outsourcing GuidelinesExperience in fintech or digital assets is a strong plusSkills:Exceptional communication to translate complex regulations into practical guidanceProven ability to present to senior leadershipConfident challenging processes with regulatory reasoningPragmatic problem-solver in fast-paced environmentsFluent English required; German or Turkish advantageousUnderstanding of API infrastructure and 24/7 trading environments beneficialWho We AreDLT Finance is an EU-regulated infrastructure provider (founded 2017) enabling banks, brokers, exchanges, and fintechs to launch crypto products in 6-9 weeks.
