Key Responsibilities

  • Be first contact for all things Outsourcing and Third-Party Management and related risks, including but not only:
  • Onboarding & Controls: Implement our policies and compliant standards while guiding our partners, vendors and other third-parties through our Onboarding journey and on-going monitoring
  • Mitigation: Develop risk management and outsourcing monitoring controls and contingency plans to address identified risks and ensure effective risk mitigation processes are in place.
  • External service providers and stakeholders: You communicate risk policies and processes to all stakeholders and provide training and promote the development and implementation of consistent outsourcing management strategies and controls.
  • Improvement: You bring audit and outsourcing experience to our team and our processes and become responsible for the development of existing and new reports and systems used.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, business mathematics, legal or a related field; Professional qualifications (e.g. CRM, FRM or similar) are advantageous.
  • A proven track record in Third Party and/or Outsourcing Management, including experience in the creation and implementation of Tools, Policies and Procedures.
  • Profound understanding of Securities, and the Fintech (incl. Digital Assets) sector.
  • Problem-solving orientation and the ability to explain complex risk assessments to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Outstanding communication, analytical skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
