Sie erwartet…
- als fachlich kompetente, souveräne Führungskraft mit Unternehmergeist die Gesamtverantwortung des Personalbereichs für den Standort Deutschland.
- die Gestaltung einer nachhaltig zukunftssicheren Personalbeschaffung und -entwicklung sowie konsistenten Mitarbeiterbetreuung und -administration.
- i.R.v. Unternehmenszukäufen das Onboarding neuer Geschäftspartner, insbesondere die professionelle Vorbereitung und Ausführung aus Mitarbeitersicht.

Wir erwarten…
- ein erfolgreiches Hochschulstudium der BWL mit Schwerpunkt auf Personalmanagement oder ein abgeschlossenes Jurastudium mit Fokus auf Arbeitsrecht.
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen eines international agierenden und schnellwachsenden Unternehmens der Dienstleistungsbranche.
- mehrjährige positionsadäquate Führungsexpertise sowie umfassende Erfahrungen aus Unternehmen mit komplexen Organisationsstrukturen.
- ausgeprägte kommunikative Kompetenz, versiertes Organisationsgeschick, konsequente Prozessorientierung sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse.
