Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Blockchain Architect to lead the development and execution of our blockchain projects, including a token issuance to fund blockchain development activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing successful blockchain-based solutions and a deep understanding of digital asset regulations and cryptography.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute blockchain architecture for various applications, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the organization.
• Lead token offering projects from concept through to execution, including token design, smart contract creation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of our existing tech, incorporating innovative technologies such as MPC (Multi-Party Computation), Homomorphic Encryption, and zk Proofs.
• Foster relationships with external partners and stakeholders to expand the blockchain network and explore new business opportunities.
• Mentor and lead a team of blockchain developers and engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in blockchain technology, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Internet Computer, IPFS, and related technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in top 100 blockchain platforms, and related blockchain financing projects.
• Strong programming skills in Solidity, TypeScript/NodeJs, Python, C#, and other relevant technologies.
• Deep understanding of cryptographic security mechanisms and digital asset custody solutions.
• Proven ability to lead and manage highly technical teams in a globally distributed environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, bootstrap, and rapid-prototyping mentality.

Education:

• ideally a Mathematics degree with a specialization in cryptography or a related field.
• Professional certifications in blockchain development and Scrum Master are preferred.
