Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily administrative tasks and office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is eager to contribute to a rapidly growing start-up in the biotechnology field.
Your Tasks
- Handle daily tasks in the administrative area.
- Collaborate with various internal departments (e.g., technical, finance, sales, and HR).
- Assist supervisors with internal and external communication, including drafting correspondence, arranging business trips, and processing expense reimbursements.
- Maintain website backend data and address files.
- Proficient in using commonly used company electronic devices.
- Review and organize current payment records for supervisors.
- Prepare operational accounting documents, communicate with the accounting department, and manage the cash ledger.
- Assist supervisors with daily and planned budget management.
- Carry out tasks related to human resources management.
- Organize visitor reception and care, as well as coordinate internal and external meetings.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as a wholesale and/or industrial clerk or office management clerk, or in the field of business administration.
- Commitment and resilience.
- Reliable and independent working style.
- Experience in using ERP systems (preference given to those with AWS management experience).
- Confident demeanor, independent work ethic, excellent communication skills, and strong team spirit.
- Proficient in using MS Office products.
- Professional experience in a comparable position.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills; additional foreign language skills, e.g., Chinese, are advantageous.
